The building was converted from a used car dealership to a trendsetting grocery store, which required the building
footprint to be increased by 15,000 square feet and a mezzanine floor added. The rear receiving area and loading docks were added.
During site work a 60 inch storm drain line was discovered which had to be relocated to the east of the building area.
