We have a retail property in Oroville, CA that is in the preliminary planning stage, an office property in Oakdale, CA that has permits ready to pull, another office property in Oakdale that is ready to have plans submitted for approval, and a mixed use commercial/residential condominium project in Soquel, CA that has been submitted for a Development Permit.
