Our Services
CDM Real Estate Company is a highly experienced group of individuals
who are developers and project managers with the expertise
to direct the acquisition, design, construction, and operation of
diverse project portfolios for CDM, and our Investor Groups.
Our Development Teams
Each CDM Project Team is composed of design and development members
whose experience, knowledge, and skills are tailored to guide each
project to achieve its financial and design requirements and the
property's commercial and residential objectives.
Over the years of developing diverse projects our Project Teams have
developed different and effective ways to manage the design and
construction relationship for design-build, design-assist, and
design-bid environments.
This CDM focus on the selection of Project Teams and their performance
is based on knowing the importance of having the right people fit the
right job. Each of our Teams are lead by a CDM Managing Partner.

Our Current Projects
I. Land Acquisition & Development

Main Street Village, Soquel, CA.
A 3 acre Mixed-Use Development currently in the design and entitlement phase providing senior housing with ground floor retail and a 45 room hotel with garage and shared surface parking.
II. Office Building

Oakdale Office Building
A 10,000 sq. ft. single story professional condominium office building located at 1435 “G” Street, Oakdale, CA. Built and completed in late 2009, it is now in the leasing and tenant finish-out phase.
III. Grocery Store Renovations

Green Frog Market, Bakersfield, CA
Alta Vista Store: In February 2010, Green Frog Market’s Alta Vista store underwent Building Shell renovations, including the parking lot and landscaping. In addition, interior store layout, equipment fixturing, and new design decor were completed. Phase II for Meat & Deli Departments is scheduled for January 2011.
Country Club Store: Currently this 28,000 sq. ft. store is in the permitting and biding phase for its upcoming remodel scheduled for early 2011. Renovations will include new store design & décor, and added deli and cheese venues.
Good Earth Organic & Natural Foods, Fairfax, CA
Good Earth’s design development phase starts in August 2010 with a major remodel of a 22,000 sq. ft. existing retail space to be completed by October 2011. Their new store will be located in a 30 year old former grocery store. Its shell “skin” is to be changed to accommodate a new eastern store re-orientation. Work to include added fenestration, a clear-story skylight, trellises, and new exterior seating areas. The store’s interior will be gutted for a complete renovation, including reconfigured space, equipment re-fixturing, and all new store design.
